By purchasing a subscription product from Wonderkid, you agree to the following terms.
How it works
Your subscription renews automatically every 28 days at the rate confirmed during checkout. This makes sure your child never runs out mid-cycle — consistency is the foundation of how Wonderkid works. Because the daily nutrients close your child's nutrient gap gradually, most families notice the biggest changes within the first several weeks of consistent daily use.
Managing your subscription
You are always in control of your subscription. Through your customer portal, you can skip an upcoming order, delay your next shipment, or update your delivery address at any time. If you need any help, our support team is happy to assist at .
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Please note that once a new order has been created and entered our fulfillment queue, it cannot be cancelled. If your order is already in fulfillment, our team will do their best to intercept it. If that isn't possible, we'll offer you the option to return the order for a full refund, or keep it with a 15% goodwill refund applied to your original payment method.
Charges
All charges will be made to the payment method provided at checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation after each renewal.
